[origin: EP0436439A1] The valve comprises in a control case 8 a rotary setting button 12 which manoeuvres a rotary cam 11 bringing about the opening of a control rod 6 of a flap 2. A blister-type diaphragm 23 is mounted at the end of the case 8, in the continuation of the cam 11, on the opposite side to the rotary button 12; it interacts with the cam by means of an adjustable distance piece 21. Application in pilotless hot water heaters.
