[origin: WO9003478A1] The invention relates to a method for forming a screeding path for a vibrating screed or the like being used for the direct smoothing of especially single-course structural floors, whereby support feet (2, 3) being adjustable in heigth are positioned at a distance from each other along the location of a casting joint to be formed and whereby these support feet are intended to support a screeding beam (14). According to the invention each of the support feet are formed by a combination of a base plate (2), a guide tube (3) extended upwardly therefrom, removably attachable thereto and of alternative length, and a slide tube (7) mountable on the guide tube, displaceable along the guide tube and securable thereto, said slide tube (7) having a support (13) for the screeding beam, which support has alternative height. According to the invention guide tubes having different length and slide tubes having screeding beam supports of different height are selected depending upon the thickness of the floor to be cast, whereupon the screeding beam (14) is positioned on the supports (13) of the support feet (2, 3) and is adjusted in height by releasing the locking means of the slide tube (7), by displacing the slide tube along the guide tube and by renewed locking or securing of the slide tube in position. The invention also relates to an apparatus for performing said method.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé servant à former une voie d'égalisation pour un dispositif égaliseur vibrant ou similaire utilisé pour l'aplanissement direct en particulier de dalles de structure monobloc. Dans ledit procédé, des pieds de support (2, 3) réglables en hauteur sont placés à une certaine distance l'un de l'autre le long de l'emplacement d'un joint à couler, ces pieds de support étant destinés à soutenir une poutre égaliseuse (14). Selon la présente invention, chacun des pieds de support est formé par une combinaison constituée d'une plaque de base (2), d'un tube de guidage (3) s'étendant vers le haut depuis la plaque, fixé amovible à cette plaque et de longueur variable, ainsi que d'un tube coulissant (7) pouvant être monté sur le tube de guidage, mobile le long du tube de guidage et pouvant être fixé à lui, le tube coulissant (7) comportant un support (13) de hauteur variable pour la poutre égaliseuse. Selon la présente invention, des tubes de guidage présentant des longueurs différentes et des tubes coulissants comportant des supports de poutre égaliseuse de hauteurs différentes sont choisis en fonction de l'épaisseur de la dalle à couler. La poutre égaliseuse (14) est ensuite disposée sur les supports (13) des pieds de support (2, 3) et est réglée en hauteur par desserrage de l'organe de blocage du tube coulissant (7), par déplacement du tube coulissant le long du tube de guidage et par blocage ou fixation renouvelés du tube coulissant dans sa position. La présente invention se rapporte également à un appareil de réalisation dudit procédé.
