Program-controlled washing machine (1) having a laundry drum rotating in a tub and a washing-agent feed device (2) which is subdivided into a plurality of feed chambers (4, 5, 6) for receiving the washing agent and fabric conditioner and a water softener, fresh water being supplied to the tub via the feed device (2). To ensure that the active substances of the washing agent and of the water softener become fully effective and are therefore used more efficiently, first the water softener and only then the washing agent are fed into the tub. <IMAGE>

Programmgesteuerte Waschmaschine (1) mit einer in einem Laugenbehälter umlaufenden Wäschetrommel und einer Waschmittel-Einspülvorrichtung (2), die in mehrere Einspülkammern (4, 5, 6) zur Aufnahme der Wasch- und Pflegemittel sowie eines Wasserenthärtungsmittels unterteilt ist und die Frischwasserzufuhr zum Laugenbehälter über die Einspülvorrichtung (2) erfolgt. Um sicherzustellen, daß die aktiven Substanzen des Wasch- u. des Waserenthärtungsmittels voll wirksam und damit besser ausgenützt werden, wird zuerst das Wasserenthärtungsmittel und danach erst das Waschmittel in den Laugenbehälter eingespült. <IMAGE>
