[origin: WO9003828A2] Muscle-power training apparatus with a signal transmitter and two handles situated opposite each other, which can be elastically pressed against each other, and with a trigger device for the signal emitter. Said muscle-power training apparatus does not require any accessories and can be used to control the training of groups of muscles other than those of the hand. To this end, both handles are designed as half-shells (3, 4) of a flat box (2) forming a hollow space, while the trigger device (9, 10) and the signal emitter (11) are arranged inside the box (2).

Un exerciseur de la force musculaire comporte un appareil de signalisation et deux poignées situées en regard l'une de l'autre et pouvant être pressées élastiquement l'une contre l'autre, ainsi qu'un déclencheur pour l'appareil de signalisation. Ledit exerciseur n'exige aucun accessoire et peut s'utiliser également pour surveiller le développement d'autres groupes de muscles que ceux de la main. A cet effet, les deux poignées se présentent sous la forme de demi-coquilles (3, 4) d'une boîte plate (2) formant un espace creux tandis que le déclencheur (9, 10) et l'appareil de signalisation (11) sont disposés à l'intérieur de la boîte (2).
