Abstract (en)

The pneumatic spool valve has a moving-coil drive (13), by means of which the spool (7) can be displaced axially, via a control loop, for air pressure control. The spool valve furthermore has a pressure sensor (11) for detecting the operating pressure and a position sensor (16) for detecting and controlling the spool position. The valve can be switched over during operation, via the control loop which has at least two control paths, such that it operates as a proportional movement valve or as a proportional flow control valve. In this case, the drive (13), the spool (7), the sensors (11, 16) and the control electronics (17) form a functional unit. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Das pneumatische Schieberventil weist einen Tauchspulenantrieb (13) auf, mit dem über einen Regelkreis der Schieber (7) zur Luftdruck-Regulierung axial verschiebbar ist. Ferner weist das Schieberventil einen Drucksensor (11) zur Erfassung des Arbeitsdrucks und einen Positionssensor (16) zur Erfassung und Regelung der Schieberposition auf. Das Ventil ist während des Betriebs über den wenigstens zwei Reglerschleifen aufweisenden Regelkreis so umschaltbar, dass es als Proportional-Wegeventil oder als Proportional-Durchregelventil arbeitet. Hierbei bilden der Antrieb (13), der Schieber (7) und die Sensoren (11,16) sowie die Regelelektronik (17) eine Funktionseinheit. <IMAGE>
