Abstract (en)
A package for electronic devices is described which is intended to protect the device from damage during transport. The package to be placed between the device and the transport container consists of a material based on chemical pulp, from which so-called hollow profiled parts are formed. The desired package is produced by combining these hollow profiled parts, for example by linking, stacking or nesting them. The elasticity properties, i.e. the softness or hardness of the package, can be varied to a great extent by this type of combination. The spatial design of the hollow profiled parts allows a space-saving nesting of the individual packages to achieve a minimum volume for storage and transportation of the packages. Due to the composition of the basic material, the package can be disposed of in a simple and environmentally friendly manner.

Es wird eine Verpackung für elektronische Geräte beschrieben, die das Gerät vor Transportschäden schützen soll. Die zwischen das Gerät und dem Transportbehälter einzulegende Verpackung besteht aus einem auf Zellstoff-Basis beruhendem Material, woraus sog. Hohlprofil-Teile geformt sind. Durch Kombination dieser Hohlprofil-Teile, wie Zusammenhängen, Aufeinanderstapeln, Ineinanderstapeln, wird die gewünschte Verpackung erzeugt. Das Elastizitätsverhalten, d.h. die Weichheit oder Härte der Verpackung kann durch diese Art der Kombination in weitem Bereich variiert werden. Die räumliche Gestaltung der Hohlprofil-Teile ermöglicht ein raumsparendes Ineinanderstapeln der einzelnen Verpackungen zur Erreichung eines minimalen Volumens für die Lagerhaltung und den Transport der Verpackungen. Auf Grund der Zusammensetzung des Basismaterials ist eine einfache, umweltschonende Entsorgung der Verpackung möglich.
