Abstract (en)
The present invention describes a pretreatment method for metal sheets, which is employed prior to the process for the mechanical deformation of the sheet-metal parts. The method is suitable in particular for sheet-metal parts which are provided with their surface coating, for example in the form of an applied powder, directly after being blanked out but before the actual deformation process. The essential measure here consists in providing the sheet-metal parts (2) with an applied powder on one or both sides, the said powder performing the function of a lubricant for the subsequent deformation process. The powder layer applied does not cover the surface completely or less powder material is applied to the sheet than in the normal final powder coating. This applied powder then serves in the form tools as a so-called lubricant or drawing aid, which can replace greases, oils, films or the like.

Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wird ein Verfahren zur Vorbehandlung von Blech beschrieben, welches vor dem mechanischen Verformungsprozeß der Blechteile angewendet wird. Insbesondere eignet sich das Verfahren für Blechteile, die direkt nach ihrem Zuschnitt aber vor dem eigentlichen Verformungsprozeß mit ihrer Oberflächenbeschichtung beispielsweise in Form eines Pulverauftrages versehen werden. Die wesentliche Maßnahme besteht dabei darin, daß die Blechteile (2) ein- oder beidseitig mit einem Pulverauftrag versehen werden, der die Funktion einer Gleithilfe für den nachfolgenden Verformungsprozeß erfüllt. Dabei wird eine nicht vollflächig deckende Pulverschicht bzw. ein im Verhältnis zur normalen Pulverendbeschichtung geringfügiger Auftrag von Pulvermaterial auf das Blech vorgenommen. Dieser Pulverauftrag dient dann in den Formwerkzeugen als sogenanntes Gleit- bzw. Ziehhilfsmittel, welches Fette, öle, Folien oder dgl. ersetzen kann.
