Signalling pistol (10) for flares or the like, having a hollow-cylindrical housing (11), at one end (11') of which an igniter and a cartridge having a pyrotechnic charge ignitable by this are to be arranged exchangeably in the firing position, and in which a spring-loaded release bolt (13) is arranged coaxially and which, by means of a trigger pin (14) projecting outwards through the housing (11), can be selectively displaced counter to the spring force into an easily manually releasable ready-to-fire position (15) remote from the ammunition or into a storage position (16) near to the ammunition, in which an ignition pin (17), fastened to the release bolt (13) on the same side as the ammunition, is held at a distance from the ammunition, and having a mounting, fastened to the housing (11), for a plurality of cartridges to be arranged selectively in the firing position in front of the housing (11). In order to improve a signalling pistol (10) of the type mentioned in the introduction, in such a way that its fired cartridge does not have to be exchanged before a new cartridge can be fired, it is so designed that a fastening of the cartridge mounting (19) to the housing (11) allowing displacement is provided, that the cartridge mounting (19) has a plurality of cartridge fastening points, that the cartridges are selectively displaceable by hand in the firing position in front of the housing end (11') by a displacement of the cartridge mounting (19), and that the cartridge mounting (19) is lockable when the ammunition is in the firing position. <IMAGE>

Signalgeber (10) für Leuchtmunition od.dgl., mit einem hohlzylindrischen Gehäuse (11), an dessen einem Ende (11') die eine Zündkartusche und eine davon zündbare pyrotechnische Ladung aufweisende Patrone auswechselbar in Abschußstellung anzuordnen ist und in dem ein federbeaufschlagter Auslösebolzen (13) gleichachsig angeordnet und mit einem das Gehäuse (11) nach außen durchragenden Abzugstift (14) entgegen der Federkraft wahlweise in eine munitionsferne leicht handlösbare Schießbereitschaftsstellung (15) oder in eine munitionsnahe Aufbewahrungsstellung (16) verstellbar ist, in der ein munitionsseitig am Auslösebolzen (13) befestigter Zündstift (17) in Abstand von der Munition gehalten ist, und mit einer am Gehäuse (11) befestigten Halterung für mehrere wahlweise in Abschußstellung vor dem Gehäuse (11) anzuordnende Patronen. Um einen Signalgeber (10) der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, daß seine verschossene Patrone nicht ausgewechselt werden muß, bevor eine neue Patrone verschossen werden kann, wird er so ausgebildet, daß eine die Verstellung erlaubende Befestigung der Patronenhalterung (19) am Gehäuse (11) vorhanden ist, daß die Patronenhalterung (19) mehrere Patronenbefestigungsstellen hat, daß die Patronen durch Verstellung der Patronenhalterung (19) von Hand wahlweise in Abschlußstellung vor das Gehäuseende (11') verstellbar sind, und daß die Patronenhalterung (19) bei in Abschußstellung befindlicher Munition verrastbar ist. <IMAGE>
