A stirring mill has a respectively annular cylindrical outer milling space (9') and an inner milling space (9'') which are separated from one another by a pot-shaped stirring mechanism (21), the inner milling space (9'') and the outer milling space (9') being connected to one another by overflow channels (60), constructed in the stirring mechanism (21), for returning bodies (41) which aid in milling. <??>In order to improve the milling result and to increase the service life of the bodies which aid in milling and to be able to use still smaller bodies to aid in milling without said bodies being able to pass to a separating device (34) arranged upstream of an outlet for the milled material, in the region of the overflow channels (60) on the inner casing of the stirring mechanism (21) drivers (62) are arranged over a substantial part of the radial width of the inner milling space (9'') and extend therein. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Rührwerksmühle weist einen jeweils ringzylindrischen Außen-Mahlraum (9') und einen Innen-Mahlraum (9'') auf, die von einem topfförmigen Rührwerk (21) voneinander abgegrenzt sind, wobei der Innen-Mahlraum (9'') und der Außen-Mahlraum (9') durch im Rührwerk (21) ausgebildete Überströmkanäle (60) zur Rückführung von Mahlhilfskörpern (41) miteinander verbunden sind. Um das Mahlergebnis zu verbessern und die Lebensdauer der Mahlhilfskörper zu erhöhen bzw. noch kleinere Mahlhilfskörper einsetzen zu können, ohne daß diese zu einer vor einem Mahlgutauslaß angeordneten Trenneinrichtung (34) gelangen können, sind im Bereich der Überströmkanäle (60) am Innenmantel des Rührwerks (21) sich über einen wesentlichen Teil der radialen Weite des Innen-Mahlraums (9'') in diesen erstreckende Mitnehmer (62) angebracht. <IMAGE>
