Abstract (en)
The bulkhead consists of a blocking plate (7) which is connected detachably to a door (4) for closing the door opening. The blocking plate (7) is in the connected state movable with the door (4) and, in the event of danger, detachable therefrom and lowerable. During lowering, it comes into engagement with holding means (8) and is held firmly and tightly thereby. The blocking plate is therefore moved with the door (4) or forms part of the door (4) when there is no emergency. It does not therefore have an obtrusive appearance at all. In the event of danger, the door can be opened and closed at any time. <IMAGE>

Schott zum flüssigkeitsdichten Abschluß des unteren Teils einer Türöffnung oder dergleichen, insbesondere zum Zurückhalten von Löschwasser. Das Schott besteht in einer Absperrplatte (7), die lösbar mit einer Tür (4) zum Verschließen der Türöffnung verbunden ist. Die Absperrplatte (7) ist im verbundenen Zustand mit der Tür (4) bewegbar und im Gefahrenfall von dieser lösbar und absenkbar. Bei Absenken kommt sie mit Haltemitteln (8) in Eingriff und ist dadurch fest und dicht gehalten. Die Absperrplatte wird also dann, wenn kein Notfall vorliegt, mit der Tür (4) bewegt oder bildet ein Teil der Tür (4). Sie tritt daher überhaupt nicht störend in Erscheinung. Im Gefahrenfalle ist die Tür jederzeit zu öffnen und zu schließen. <IMAGE>
