Abstract (en)
A conveyor is presented which consists of individual carriers which can be driven in pushing or pulling mode and can be coupled together to form a train. The overall length of this conveyor is absolutely constant both in pulling and pushing mode. For this purpose, the individual carriers are connected to one another via elastic coupling elements (1) both in a positively locking and in a frictionally locking fashion so that a spatially articulated arrangement which is free of play is constructed. Instead of the elastic coupling elements (1), cardan joints (4) can be provided which are prestressed via springs (5a, 5c) which exert a compressive force on the joint part via a ball (6a, 6c) or a bolt (6a, 6c) so that the cardan joint (4) itself is absolutely free of play. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es wird eine Fördereinrichtung vorgestellt, die aus einzelnen im Zug- oder Schubbetrieb antreibbaren Trägern, die zu einem Zug zusammengekuppelt werden, besteht. Diese Fördereinrichtung ist sowohl im Zug- als auch im Schubbetrieb in ihrer Gesamtlänge absolut konstant. Hierzu werden die einzelnen Träger über elastische Kupplungsglieder (1) sowohl formschlüssig als auch kraftschlüssig miteinander verbunden, so daß eine spielfreie raumgelenkige Anordnung ausgebildet wird. Anstelle der elastischen Kupplungsglieder (1) können Kreuzgelenke (4) vorgesehen sein, die über Federn (5a,5c), die über eine Kugel (6a,6c) oder einen Bolzen (6a,6c) auf das Gelenkteil eine Druckkraft ausübt, vorgespannt werden, so daß das Kreuzgelenk (4) ansich absolut spielfrei ist. <IMAGE>
