Ball-shaped ceramic products (30) having a steep wall (32) and a bordering rim (34) lying in a plane are isostatically pressed from ceramic granules, there forming a burr (40) which protrudes radially beyond the bordering rim (34) and is subsequently ground off. The products (30) are pressed with an annular attachment (36), which extends as a prolongation of the steep wall (32) beyond the bordering rim (34) and has an end face (38) which is remote from the bordering rim (34) and from which the burr (40) extends radially outwards. While they are rotated about their axis, the pressed products (30) are pressed with the end face (38) of their attachment (36) against a linearly moved grinding face (58), until the attachment (36) is ground off. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Schüsselförmige keramische Formlinge (30) mit steiler Wand (32) und in einer Ebene liegendem Bordrand (34) werden aus keramischem Granulat isostatisch gepreßt, wobei sich ein über den Bordrand (34) hinaus radial abstehender Grat (40) bildet, der anschließend abgeschliffen wird. Die Formlinge (30) werden mit einem ringförmigen Aufsatz (36) gepreßt, der sich in Verlängerung der steilen Wand (32) über den Bordrand (34) hinaus erstreckt und eine vom Bordrand (34) entfernte Stirnfläche (38) aufweist, von der aus sich der Grat (40) radial nach außen erstreckt. Die gepreßten Formlinge (30) werden, während sie um ihre Achse gedreht werden, mit der Stirnfläche (38) ihres Aufsatzes (36) gegen eine geradlinig bewegte Schleiffläche (58) gedrückt, bis der Aufsatz (36) abgeschliffen ist. <IMAGE>
