This said stem portion or extending length (6) can comprises at least one constriction zone or range with weakening lines (4) or can comprise one or more short screw-threaded portions respectively groups of such threaded portions (5). Besides being mountable through pouring-in the wall tie is mountable in a wall without any preceding drilling operation through the useful aid of a described mounting tool (10) which comprises surfaces of attack or means of attack (11) able to engage with the at least one surface of attack or the at least one means of attack (3).
