[origin: DE3929075A1] The invention relates to a process for reutilizing organic refuse for the purpose of producing permanent humus, substrates and manure, in which the organic refuse is size reduced, composted and reutilized by decomposing it to humus products. The invention also relates to a composting device which accommodates one or more windrows. To obtain humus products by decomposition of organic refuse in the briefest possible time, the organic refuse is size reduced by shredding and beating in the longitudinal direction of the fibres, mixed and moistened to a moisture content between 50 and 65 vol. %, referred to the total mass. It is then placed in a compostable windrow in the open air. When its temperature falls below 65 DEG C, the windrow is moved to another site where it is again forcibly mixed, broken, restructured and moistened to a moisture content of up to 65 vol. %. The recompostable windrow produced by moving is stored until the ratio of the C contents to the N contents is not more than 25:1. The moisture content is then reduced to 22 % and the windrow material is screened. The composting device used for this purpose consists essentially of a trough-shaped bed made from a film impermeable to liquid, which is filled to the brim with bottoming permeable to liquid. The trough defined by the film has depressions each of which has an outlet. Any necessary water can be added from a trickling installation.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour recyler des déchets organiques afin de produire de l'humus, des substrats et de l'engrais permanents, dans lequel les déchets organiques sont broyés, compostés et recyclés par putréfaction sous forme de produits d'humus. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de compostage qui abrite une ou plusieurs meules. Pour obtenir des produits d'humus par putréfaction des déchets organiques dans le temps le plus bref possible, ces déchets organiques sont broyés par déchiquetage et battage dans le sens longitudinal des fibres, mélangés et humidifiés jusqu'à obtention d'une teneur en eau comprise entre 50 et 65 % en volume, par rapport à la masse totale. Ils sont ensuite placés en une meule putrescible en plein air. Lorsque sa température tombe au-dessous de 65 °C, la meule est transferrée sur un autre site où elle est à nouveau mélangée de force, déchiquetée, restructurée et humidifiée jusqu'à obtention d'une teneur en eau de 65 % en volume. La meule recompostable obtenue par ce transfert est stockée jusqu'à ce que le rapport de la teneur en C à la teneur en N atteigne au maximum 25:1. La teneur en eau est ensuite réduite à 22 % et le matériau constitutif de la meule est tamisé. Le dispositif de compostage utilisé à cet effet comprend essentiellement un lit en forme d'auge constitué d'un film imperméable au liquide, qui est rempli jusqu'au bord supérieur de remblais perméables au liquide. L'auge définie par le film présente des dépressions dont chacune possède un écoulement. Toute adjonction nécessaire d'eau s'effectue par l'intermédiaire d'une installation d'arrosage.
