[origin: EP0442170A1] In a nameplate, having a front part (1) and a rear part (2) consisting of two sections (3, 4), an attachment pin (7) is arranged in the region of the rear part (2). In order to permit easy fitting of the attachment pin (7), a section (4) of the rear part is provided with two grooves (5, 6) in the region of one of its edges, into which the attachment pin can be suspended. To secure the attachment pin (7) in the grooves, after suspension of the attachment pin (7), it is only necessary for the second section (3) to be folded over the section (4). <IMAGE>
