Abstract (en)
The wire-section dispensing unit (14) has an advancing device (28) for advancing the wire (18) stepwise. The two advancing wheels (110, 112) are driven intermittently via a four-bar mechanism (120) and a freewheel (114) in the direction of the arrow (E, E'). It is ensured by means of the wire guiding element (34) that the beginning of the wire (18) is reliably inserted in each case into the recess (42) of the receiving part (40). The groove-shaped recess (42) is open towards the bottom and, before a wire section (10) is cut off by means of the knife (38), is closed by a transfer part passing by the opening (44) of the recess (42). The transfer part receives the cut-off wire section (10) and conveys it away. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Drahtabschnittspendeeinheit (14) weist eine Vorschubeinrichtung (28) zum schrittweisen Vorschieben des Drahtes (18) auf. Die beiden Vorschubräder (110, 112) sind über ein GelenkvierecK (120) und einen Freilauf (114) in Pfeilrichtung (E, E') intermittierend angetrieben. Mittels des Drahtführungselementes (34) wird sichergestellt, dass der Anfang des Drahtes (18) jeweils mit Sicherheit in die Ausnehmung (42) des Aufnahmeteils (40) eingeführt wird. Die nutförmige Ausnehmung (42) ist gegen unten offen und wird vor dem Abtrennen eines Drahtabschnitts (10) mittels des Messers (38) von einem an der Oeffnung (44) der Ausnehmung (42) vorbeilaufenden Uebernahmeteil verschlossen. Der Uebernahmeteil übernimmt den abgetrennten Drahtabschnitt (10) und fördert diesen weg. <IMAGE>
