A clamping device for an axially displaceable actuator (28) for the reversal of the gripper on a gripper cylinder (2) of a turning apparatus in a sheet-fed rotary printing machine is described, in which a pressure bar (12), which is loaded in the clamping direction by the restoring force of a prestressed spring (14) and is guided axially movably in the gripper cylinder (2), firmly braces clamping pieces (54, 55 and 60, 61) radially against the gripper cylinder (2) via intermediate members with the restoring force of the spring (14), said clamping pieces being movably guided radially relative to the gripper cylinder (2) in the actuator (28) which is axially displaceable on the gripper cylinder (2). The pressure bar (12) interacts with an electrically protected adjusting element (28) to reduce the spring tension. One intermediate member is constructed as a two-arm pressure lever (27) which is mounted movably about a bearing bolt (29) arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of said pressure lever, one arm forming an abutment for the pressure bar (12) and the other arm having on the drive side a bearing for clamping pieces (54, 55) which is radially movable in the gripper cylinder, the bearing bolt (29) of the pressure lever (27) being designed as a roll bolt and being movable in the gripper cylinder (2) axially with respect to the longitudinal axis thereof, and being coupled with rotary movement to a pressure member (57) which is axially displaceable in the gripper cylinder, which pressure member acts on a further pressure lever (58) which is mounted on the operating side in the gripper cylinder (2) so as to be movable about a hinge pin (59) with a fixed transverse axis. This pressure lever (58) has an abutment for the pressure member (57) and, offset at an angle thereto, a bearing for clamping pieces (60, 61) which are guided in the adjustment member radially relative to the longitudinal axis of the gripper cylinder on the operating side. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Es wird eine Klemmvorrichtung für ein axial verschiebbares Stellglied (28) zur Greiferumsteuerung an einem Greiferzylinder (2) einer Wendeeinrichtung in einer Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine beschrieben, bei der eine durch die Reaktionskraft einer vorgespannten Feder (14) in Klemmrichtung belastete, in dem Greiferzylinder (2) axial beweglich geführte Druckstange (12) über Zwischenglieder Klemmstücke (54,55 und 60,61), welche in dem axial am Greiferzylinder (2) verschiebbaren Stellglied (28) radial zu dem Greiferzylinder (2) beweglich geführt sind, mit der Reaktionskraft der Feder (14) radial gegen den Greiferzylinder (2) fest verspannt und die Druckstange (12) mit einem elektrisch abgesicherten Verstellorgan (28) zur Minderung der Federspannung zusammenwirkt. Ein Zwischenglied ist als zweiarmiger Druckhebel (27) ausgebildet, der um einen quer zu dessen Längsachse angeordneten Lagerbolzen (29) beweglich gelagert ist, wobei der eine Arm ein Widerlager für die Druckstange (12) bildet und der andere Arm ein radial in dem Greiferzylinder bewegliches Auflager für Klemmstücke (54,55) auf der Antriebsseite aufweist, wobei der Lagerbolzen (29) des Druckhebels (27) als Rollbolzen ausgeführt und in dem Greiferzylinder (2) axial zu dessen Längsachse beweglich angeordnet ist und drehbeweglich mit einem axial in dem Greiferzylinder verschiebbaren Druckglied (57) gekoppelt ist, welches auf einen weiteren Druckhebel (58) einwirkt, der auf der Bedienungsseite im Greiferzylinder (2) um einen Gelenkbolzen (59) mit fester Querachse beweglich gelagert ist. Dieser Druckhebel (58) weist ein Widerlager für das Druckglied (57) und dazu in einem Winkel versetzt ein Auflager für Klemmstücke (60,61) auf, die auf der Bedienungsseite radial zur Längsachse des Greiferzylinders in dem Verstellglied geführt sind. <IMAGE>
