A filling machine for filling in each case a plurality of kegs (1) arranged on a pallet (2), having a controllable tool slide (10) which is arranged above the kegs and brings the different keg-handling tools (12, 13) successively into engagement with the same bunghole (14), and also with a search device (16) which controls the working position of the tool slide and the pallet relative to one another in order to search for the particular bunghole to be handled next, the position of which is stored in a control computer, is characterised in that a line camera (16) connected to the control computer and scanning the keg surfaces is provided, said line camera being movable transversely to the line direction relative to the pallet. <IMAGE>

Eine Faßfüllmaschine zum Füllen jeweils mehrerer auf einer Palette (2) angeordneter Fässer (1), mit einem oberhalb der Fässer angeordneten steuerbaren Werkzeugschlitten (10), der die verschiedenen Faßbehandlungswerkzeuge (12,13) nacheinander mit demselben Spundloch (14) in Eingriff bringt, sowie mit einer Sucheinrichtung (16), die die Arbeitsposition des Werkzeugschlittens und die Palette relativ zueinander zur Suche des jeweils nächsten zu behandelnden Spundloches steuert, dessen Position in einem Steuerkomputer gespeichert ist, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine an den Steuerkomputer angeschlossene, die Faßoberflächen erfassende Zeilenkamera (16) vorgesehen ist, die quer zur Zeilenrichtung relativ zur Palette bewegbar ist. <IMAGE>
