Abstract (en)
Dismountable heat exchanger for heat exchange between a fluid flowing inside multiple horizontal hairpin tubes (2), which are mounted on vertical tubular plates (13, 14, 15) orthogonal to the tubes, and a gas loaded with solid particles circulating around these tubes (2) inside an enclosure (1) of rectangular parallelepipedal shape, each tube being connected at the inlet and at the outlet by branches (7, 8) passing through the walls of the enclosure, the said tubular plates (13, 14, 15) being pierced with oval windows (19) forming slots at right angles to the bends of the tubes, and circular openings (20) at right angles to the straight lengths of the tubes, characterised in that the oval windows are pierced at right angles to the bends (11) of the tubes (2) located on the side of the wall traversed by the branches (7, 8) and in that the wall (3) of the enclosure opposite that traversed by the branches (7, 8) is dismountable. The replacement of a tube (2) is very easy and does not require the dismounting of the tubular plates (13, 14, 15). <IMAGE>

Echangeur de chaleur démontable entre un fluide circulant à l'intérieur de tubes horizontaux en épingles à cheveux multiples (2), montés sur des plaques tubulaires (13, 14, 15) verticales orthogonales aux tubes, et un gaz chargé de particules solides circulant autour de ces tubes (2) à l'intérieur d'une enceinte (1) en forme de parallélépipède rectangle, chaque tube étant relié à l'entrée et à la sortie par des branches (7, 8) passant à travers des parois de l'enceinte, lesdites plaques tubulaires (13, 14, 15) étant percées de fenêtres ovales (19) formant boutonnières au droit des coudes des tubes et d'ouvertures circulaires (20) au droit des longueurs droites des tubes, caractérisé en ce que les fenêtres ovales sont percées au droit des coudes (11) des tubes (2) situés du côté de la paroi traversée par les branches (7,8) et en ce que la paroi (3) de l'enceinte opposée à celle traversée par les branches (7, 8) est démontable. Le remplacement d'un tube (2) est très aisé et ne nécessite pas le démontage des plaques tubulaires (13, 14, 15). <IMAGE>
