Panel (1) for coating and restoring frontages and building walls, of the kind made of a material of a thermo-acoustically insulating nature, such as agglomerated cork or polyurethane, essentially characterized in that it presents a preferably rectangular, regular configuration, of uniform thickness, comprising on one of its faces an arbitrary engraving or grooving (2) of a design configuration, and provided on its general surfaces with a paint of waterproofing nature and of any colour, including on its rear face, the latter presenting or being able to receive a layer of an adhesive material. <IMAGE>
