[origin: WO9005372A1] An alphanumeric keyboard comprises a plurality of key-operated switches (14, 16) and a cover frame (22) which covers the switches (14, 16) with dogs (24) for key rams (26) connected to key buttons (28) which fit onto the dogs (24). At least one key is associated with at least two switches (14, 16) and with a key button (28) which fits over at least two dogs (24). At least one ram (26) of these keys is mounted on the key button (28) and can be adjusted parallel to the direction of operation of the keys.
