[origin: EP0443052A1] In a barrier arrangement for individual spaces of a car park, each space is blocked in each case by a barrier (1) consisting of a post (2) and a barrier arm (3), the post (2) standing in each case at the same corner of the entry side of each space. The barrier arm (3) has solar cells (4) in its surface and is driven by means of an electrical low-voltage DC drive unit (5). The post (2) contains the drive unit (5) in the upper region, and rechargeable accumulators (6) for supplying it with power underneath. Finally, the drive unit (5) has a radio receiver for driving it. Manual operation of the barrier arrangement is also possible. <IMAGE>
