Abstract (en)
Concerned are a method and device for the production of shaped parts from a non-flowable mixture of chip or fibre materials and heat-curable binders. In the case of this method, part of the heat energy required for curing is provided by hot gases or vapours, which are introduced into the mixture during pressing. The hot gases or vapours are to be introduced into the mixture at right angles to the direction of pressing.

Es handelt sich um ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Formteilen aus einem nicht fließfähigen Gemisch von Span- oder Faserwerkstoffen und wärmehärtbaren Bindemitteln. Bei diesem Verfahren wird ein Teil der zum Aushärten benötigten Wärmeenergie durch heiße Gase oder Dämpfe auf gebracht, welche während des Pressens in das Gemisch eingeführt werden. Die heißen Gase oder Dämpfe sollen rechtwinklig zur Preßrichtung in das Gemisch eingebracht werden.
