Abstract (en)
The industrial furnace is designed as a hood-type annealing furnace and has a first furnace part (1), namely a heating hood, and a second furnace part (2), namely a protective hood. The seal between these furnace parts is formed by an apron (3), the upper rim of which is fixed to the heating hood. The lower rim is folded over and encloses a weight load (4) consisting of a hose (7) filled with granular material (8). The weight load generates a constant compact pressure of the seal. The apron (3) is capable of smoothing out irregularities and compensating for a great variability of the distance between the furnace parts. <IMAGE>

Der Industrieofen ist als Haubenglühofen ausgebildet und weist einen ersten Ofenteil (1), nämlich eine Heizhaube, und einen zweiten Ofenteil (2), nämlich eine Schutzhaube auf. Die Dichtung zwischen diesen Ofenteilen wird von einer Schürze (3) gebildet, die mit ihrem oberen Rand an der Heizhaube befestigt ist. Der untere Rand ist umgeschlagen und umschließt eine Gewichtsbelastung (4), bestehend aus einem Schlauch (7), der mit körnigem Material (8) gefüllt ist. Die Gewichtsbelastung erzeugt einen konstanten Anpreßdruck der Dichtung. Die Schürze (3) ist in der Lage, Unebenheiten auszugleichen und eine große Variabilität des Abstandes zwischen den Ofenteilen zu kompensieren. <IMAGE>
