Abstract (en)
A waste sorting installation contains a conveying system loaded with waste for manual sorting of the waste. The conveying system (10) runs through a cabin (36) which is arranged on a transportable frame (38). The cabin (36) encloses the conveying system (10) and the work stations of the persons employed on this. In order to permit working on a waste sorting installation in a relatively narrow cabin, an odour barrier (46, 48) is provided which on the one hand permits the manual sorting process but on the other separates the compartment accommodating the persons from the conveying system (10). This odour barrier is formed by an air curtain with fresh air infeed and vitiated air extraction. <IMAGE>

Eine Abfallsortieranlage enthält ein mit Abfall beschicktes Fördersystem zur manuellen Sortierung des Abfalls. Das Fördersystem (10) verläuft durch eine Kabine (36) die auf einem transportablen Rahmen (38) angeordnet ist. Die Kabine (36) umschließt das Fördersystem (10) und die Arbeitsplätze der daran beschäftigten Personen. Um ein Arbeiten an einer Abfallsortieranlage in einer relativ engen Kabine zu ermöglichen, ist eine Geruchssperre (46, 48) vorgesehen, die einerseits den manuellen Sortiervorgang zuläßt, aber andererseits den die Personen aufnehmenden Raum von dem Fördersystem (10) trennt. Diese Geruchssperre ist von einem Luftvorhang mit Frischluftzufuhr und Abluftabsaugung gebildet. <IMAGE>
