The invention relates to a jack with a stand column (1) and a supporting arm (4) which is linked to the stand column (1) and the free end of which is vertically adjustable by means of a spindle drive (7) and has a load-bearing member (8) which is tiltably mounted on arched bearing surfaces and has a channel (8a) open at the top for reaching beneath the load to be lifted. The invention consists in the fact that the load-bearing member (8) has the form of a ball section at its underside, a bearing shell (10) in the shape of a cup formed congruently with respect to the load-bearing member (8) being arranged on the end (4a) of the supporting arm (4), which bearing shell (10) has an aperture (11) in the centre area, while a connecting bolt (12) inserted through the aperture (11) is provided on the load-bearing member (8), the cross-section of which connecting bolt (12) is smaller than the cross-section of the aperture (11) and which has at its bottom end an abutment (13) supported on the underside of the bearing shell (10). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wagenheber mit einer Standsäule (1) und einem daran angelenkten Tragarm (4), dessen freies Ende mittels Spindeltriebes (7) höhenverstellbar ist und eine auf gewölbten Lagerflächen kippbar gelagerte Lastaufnahme (8) mit einer zum Untergreifen der zu hebenden Last eine nach oben offene Rinne (8a) aufweist. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Lastaufnahme (8) an ihrer Unterseite die Form eines Kugelabschnittes hat, wobei am Ende (4a) des Tragarms (4) eine Lagerschale ( 10) in Form einer zur Lastaufnahme (8) kongruent geformte Kalotte angeordnet ist, die im Mittenbereich einen Durchbruch (11) aufweist, während an der Lastaufnahme (8) ein durch den Durchbruch (11) gesteckter Verbindungsbolzen (12) vorgesehen ist, dessen Querschnitt kleiner ist, als der Querschnitt des Durchbruchs (11) und der an seinem unteren Ende ein sich an der Unterseite der Lagerschale (10) abstützendes Widerlager (13) hat. <IMAGE>
