Abstract (en)
The container on a pallet was developed with the aim of increasing safety in transportation and accidents and has a tubular steel pallet (2), a plastic support dish (3) resting thereon, a plastic inside container (4), which is seated with positive fit with its bottom portion (5) in the support dish, and an outside container (6) made of steel sheet supporting the inside container (4). The support dish (3), which takes on the function of a vibration damper and, in an accident situation, the function of a shock absorber, in addition to the permanent bearing function for the inside container (4) in the case of surge vibrations which can be caused during transportation by the liquid in the inside container (4), has a peripheral, outer, hollow support collar (24) with a support recess (26) curved inwards on the underside (25) and support recesses (29, 30) which are arranged on the underside (28) of the dish bottom (27), run longitudinally and transversely, and are formed by hollow ribs (31, 32) moulded onto the dish bottom (27). The support dish (3) rests with the support recess (26) on the support collar (24) and the support recesses (29) running longitudinally and transversely on the underside of the dish bottom (27) on the upper tubular frame (23) of the tubular steel pallet (2). <IMAGE>

Der mit dem Ziel einer erhöhten Transport- und Unfallsicherheit entwickelte Palettenbehälter weist eine Stahlrohrpalette (2), eine auf dieser aufliegende Stützschale (3) aus Kunststoff, einen Kunststoff-Innenbehälter (4), der mit seinem Bodenabschnitt (5) formschlüssig in der Stützschale sitzt, sowie einen den Innenbehälter (4) abstützenden Außenbehälter (6) aus Stahlblech auf. Die Stützschale (3), die außer der ständigen Tragfunktion für den Innenbehälter (4) bei Auftreten von Schwallschwingungen, die beim Transport durch die Flüssigkeit im Innenbehälter (4) ausgelöst werden können, die Funktion eines Schwingungsdämpfers und in einer Unfallsituation die Funktion eines Stoßdämpfers übernimmt, weist einen umlaufenden äußeren, hohlen Stützkragen (24) mit einer an der Unterseite (25) nach innen gewölbten Stützmulde (26) und an der Unterseite (28) des Schalenbodens (27) angeordnete, längs und quer verlaufende Stützmulden (29, 30) auf, die durch an den Schalenboden (27) angeformte Hohlrippen (31, 32) gebildet werden. Die Stützschale (3) liegt mit der Stützmulde (26) am Stützkragen (24) sowie den längs und quer verlaufenden Stützmulden (29) an der Unterseite des Schalenbodens (27) auf dem oberen Rohrrahmen (23) der Stahlrohrpalette (2) auf. <IMAGE>
