The subject of the invention is an electrically powered device for removing hairs, comprising, in a portable hand-held casing, a stator (3) integral with the housing equipped with actuating cams (4), and a rotor driven by an electric motor, in rotation about an axis perpendicular to the skin from which the hair is to be removed and comprising a grid (6) which comprises at least two coaxial annular elements (7) equipped with blades (9) for gripping the hairs against the wall of at least one of the annular elements, the said gripping blades interacting with the said actuating cams in order to effect a periodic displacement relative to the said wall during the rotation of the rotor. <IMAGE>

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif d'épilation à alimentation électrique, comprenant dans un boitier portatif tenu à la main, un stator (3) solidaire du boitier muni de cames d'actionnement (4), et un rotor entraîné par un moteur électrique, en rotation autour d'un axe perpendiculaire à la peau à épiler et comprenant une grille (6) qui comporte au moins deux éléments annulaires coaxiaux (7) munis de lames de serrage (9) des poils contre la paroi d'au moins un des éléments annulaires, lesdites lames de serrage coopérant avec lesdites cames d'actionnement pour effectuer un déplacement périodique par rapport à ladite paroi au cours de la rotation du rotor. <IMAGE>
