According to the present invention, the substantially spiral lower oil groove (50) on outside face of the lower extended part (53) of the shaft (6) brings up the lubrication oil (5) to the upper oil groove (51) through the connecting groove (54), which is formed on the outer circumference of the eccentric cam part (7).
