[origin: EP0444245A1] The invention relates to a full-steel wire cable having a steel-strand insert 1, especially for lifts having friction pulleys or for indirect hydraulic lifts, the wire cable possessing a multiplicity of outer strands 7 which consist of a core wire and of an outer wire layer. 8 - 10 outer strands 7 are used in this full-steel wire cable.
