Liquid foaming detergent which is composed of 3 to 40 percent by weight of alkyl polyglycoside I, 3 to 40 percent by weight of alkyl polyglycoside II, 0 to 10 percent by weight of solubiliser, 0 to 10 percent by weight of electrolyte, 0 to 3 percent by weight of additives and water ad 100 percent by weight where the alkyl polyglycosides I and II are used exclusively as cleaning surfactants and have the formula I R1-O-Zn1 with R1 = saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched alkyl radical with 7 to 10 C atoms, Zn1 = polyglycoside radical with n1 = 1 to 3 hexose or pentose units or mixtures thereof, and the formula II R2-O-Zn2 with R2 = saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched alkyl radical with 11 to 18 C atoms, preferably 12 to 18 C atoms, and Zn2 = polyglycoside radical with n2 = 1 to 3, preferably 1.1 to 2 hexose or pentose units or mixtures thereof. This detergent is distinguished by good cleansing power and is substantially biodegradable and thus environmentally compatible. It can be used as manual dishwashing composition.

Flüssiges, schäumendes Reinigungsmittel, das aus, 3 bis 40 Gewichtsprozent Alkylpolyglycosid I, 3 bis 40 Gewichtsprozent Alkylpolyglycosid II, 0 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent Lösungsvermittler, 0 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent Elektrolyt, 0 bis 3 Gewichtsprozent Additiven und Wasser ad 100 Gewichtsprozent, besteht, wobei die als ausschließliche Reinigungstenside verwendeten Alkylpolyglycoside I und II der Formel I R1-O-Zn1 mit R1 = gesättiger oder ungesättigte, verzweigter oder unverzweigter Alkylrest mit 7 bis 10 C-Atomen, Zn1 = Polyglycosidradikal mit n1 = 1 bis 3 Hexose- oder Pentoseeinheiten oder Mischungen davon und der Formel II R2-O-Zn2 mit R2 = gesättigter oder ungesättigter, verzweigter oder unverzweigter Alkylrest mit 11 bis 18 C-Atomen, bevorzugt 12 bis 18 C-Atomen, und Zn2 = Polyglycosidradikal mit n2 = 1 bis 3, bevorzugt 1,1 bis 2 Hexose- oder Pentoseeinheiten oder Mischungen davon gehorchen. Dieses Reinigungsmittel zeichnet sich durch gute Reinigungskraft aus und ist biologisch weitgehend abbaubar und daher umweltverträglich. Es ist als manuelles Spülmittel verwendbar.
