Liquid foaming detergent which is composed of 3 to 40 percent by weight of alkyl polyglycoside, 0 to 30 percent by weight of solubiliser, 0 to 10 percent by weight of electrolyte, 0 to 3 percent by weight of additives and water ad 100 percent by weight where the alkyl polyglycoside which is exclusively used as cleaning surfactant corresponds to the formula R-O-Zn with R = alkyl radical with 10 to 18 C atoms, Zn is a polyglycosyl radical with n = 1 to 3 hexose or pentose units or mixtures thereof. This detergent is distinguished by good cleansing power and is substantially biodegradable and thus environmentally compatible. It can be used as manual dishwashing composition.

Flüssiges, schäumendes Reinigungsmittel, das aus <IMAGE> besteht, wobei das als ausschließliches Reinigungstensid verwendete Alkylpolyglycosid der Formel R-O-Zn entspricht mit R = Alkylrest mit 10 bis 18 C-Atomen und Zn ein Polyglycosylradikal mit n = 1 bis 3 Hexose- oder Pentoseeinheiten oder Mischungen davon bedeuten. Dieses Reinigungsmittel zeichnet sich durch gute Reinigungskraft aus und ist biologisch weitgehend abbaubar und daher umweltverträglich. Es ist als manuelles Spülmittel verwendbar.
