The invention relates to a carrier bag, in particular a carrier bag for clothing, made from thermoplastic material having side walls (3, 4), to whose upper edge regions handles (11) are connected in an integrated manner, a closure flap (12) optionally adjoining an edge region, which closure flap has an incision for the insertable accommodation of the handle of the opposite side wall (4). To provide a carrier bag for clothing of this type, in which the handle can be formed from the same material as the bag itself, without the carrier bag losing stability and strength, the edge region of the one side wall (3) consists of an edge region (14) folded inwards and forming a fold edge (5) and an adjoining edge region (15) which is optionally folded back upwards, and which is then optionally adjoined by the closure flap (12) forming a fold edge (5'). The edge region of the other side wall is simply folded inwards and the edge regions folded inwards in each case are connected to the side walls (3 and 4) by welds (6 and 7) running over the entire length of the bag. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tragetasche, insbesondere Textiltragetasche, aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff mit Seitenwänden (3, 4), mit deren oberen Randbereichen Griffe (11) stoffschlüssig verbunden sind, wobei an einen Randbereich wahlweise eine Schließklappe (12) anschließt, welche einen Einschnitt zur einsteckbaren Aufnahme des Griffs der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand (4) aufweist. Zur Schaffung einer Textiltragetasche dieser Art, bei welcher der Griff aus demselben Material gebildet sein kann, wie die Tasche selbst, ohne daß die Tragetasche an Stabilität und Festigkeit verliert, besteht der Randbereich der einen Seitenwand (3) aus einem nach innen eingeschlagenen und eine Faltkante (5) bildenden Randbereich (14) und einem daran anschließenden wahlweise nach oben zurückgeschlagenen Randbereich (15), an den dann wahlweise die Schließklappe (12) unter Bildung einer Faltkante (5') anschließt. Der Randbereich der anderen Seitenwand ist einfach nach innen umgeschlagen und die jeweils nach innen eingeschlagenen Randbereiche sind mit den Seitenwänden (3 bzw. 4) durch über die gesamte Länge der Tasche verlaufende Schweißungen (6 bzw. 7) verbunden. <IMAGE>
