In the device for discharging high-purity liquids from containers, the connection plate 4 is provided with three bores 5, 6, 7, of which two bores 5, 6 each penetrate a connection piece 8 for ascending pipes. The head plate 9 possesses an integrated valve body 23 for receiving at least two valve heads 2, 3 and three bores 10, 11, 12, which are congruent with the bores 5, 6, 7 of the connection plate 4. The bore 12 extends through the valve body 23 and the other two bores 10, 11 end, on one side, in pipe connections 29, 30 reaching into the bores 5, 6 of the connection plate 4 and, on the other side, in channels 31, 32, 33, 34 for the high-purity liquids, which are arranged in the valve body 23 and interrupted by the valve heads 2, 3. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei der Vorrichtung zur Entnahme von hochreinen Flüssigkeiten aus Gebinden ist die Anschlußplatte 4 mit drei Bohrungen 5, 6, 7 versehen, von denen zwei Bohrungen 5, 6 jeweils einen Anschlußstutzen 8 für Steigrohre durchdringen. Die Kopfplatte 9 weist einen integrierten Ventilkörper 23 zur Aufnahme von mindestens zwei Ventilköpfen 2, 3 und drei Bohrungen 10, 11, 12 auf, die zu den Bohrungen 5, 6, 7 der Anschlußplatte 4 kongruent sind. Die Bohrung 12 erstreckt sich durch den Ventilkörper 23 und die beiden anderen Bohrungen 10, 11 enden einerseits in Rohrstutzen 29, 30, die in die Bohrungen 5, 6 der Anschlußplatte 4 hineinragen und andererseits in Kanälen 31, 32, 33, 34 für die hochreinen Flüssigkeiten, die im Ventilkörper 25 angeordnet und durch die Ventilköpfe 2, 3 unterbrochen sind. <IMAGE>
