This apparatus is noteworthy in that it comprises a structural frame (1) of parallelepipedal form, permitting the introduction, engagement and positioning of a device (3) for loading stacked plastic bags (4) and the various control means; and in that the structural frame has, in its upper part, an articulated cover (13) which is arranged in order to receive a device for applying pressure to the bags, means permitting individual control of the bags, means permitting the remote control of the operation of the loader, and means permitting the adjustment of the positioning of the loader device, ensuring, in particular, its locking in position with a view to immobilising the distribution of the bags. <IMAGE>

Cette machine est remarquable en ce qu'elle comprend un bâti (1) de forme parallélipipédique autorisant l'introduction, engagement et positionnement d'un dispositif de chargement (3) de sacs plastiques (4) empilés et les différents moyens de commande ; et en ce que le bâti présente dans sa partie supérieure un couvercle articulé (13) agencé pour recevoir un dispositif de mise en pression sur les sacs, des moyens permettant la commande à l'unité des sacs, des moyens permettant la commande à distance du fonctionnement du chargeur, et des moyens permettant la régulation du positionnement du dispositif chargeur en assurant notamment son verrouillage en position en vue de bloquer la distribution des sacs. <IMAGE>
