Abstract (en)
A textile yarn bobbin winder consists of a feeder (1) for the bobbin rollers, made in the form of a chamber which holds the rollers (2) in a single file to provide a continuous circulation. The yarn is fed to the next roller to be wound by an articulated arm with an oscillating plate, and the feeder makes an angular movement before and after receiving a new roller. The next roller to be wound leaves the chamber and is picked up by transporter arms (3) and after winding is passed to the cutting zone for the end of the yarn to be cut.

Le procédé se caractérise à: déplacer angulairement le dispositif alimentateur (1), avant et après la réception d'un nouveau rouleau (2), afin de permettre la sortie du rouleau (2) saisi par les bras de transport (3), et placer le fil (27) dans le rouleau (2), en l'accompagnant de la zone de coupe jusqu' à la partie antérieure du rouleau (2). La machine se caractérise en ce que le dispositif alimentateur (1) de rouleaux (2) comprend une enceinte qui enferme les rouleaux arrangés sur une seule file, en assurant une circulation continue des rouleaux (2). Le fil est conduit jusqu'au rouleau (2) à bobiner moyennant un dispositif comportant un bras (28) articulé comprenant dans son extrémité un axe (29a), sur lequel oscille une plaque (30), qui laisse passer le fil (27) d'un côté à l'autre du rouleau (2), lorsque celui-ci est en position de bobinage. La fiabilité de fonctionnement est améliorée. <IMAGE>
