[origin: WO9005804A1] A known sewing machine has a transducer and an electronic evaluation system. The latter checks the threat tension determined by the transducer by comparing it with a threshold value dependent on the preceding stitch. The evaluation of the stitch tension can therefore only take place after the formation of a stitch by a normal variation in the tension after the sewing machine is brought to a halt. When the threshold value is exceeded, a stitch defect is displayed. The invention, on the other hand, proposes a control device for a sewing machine which makes it possbile to display a plurality of different stitch defects as well as problems associated with the needle thread and gripper thread, starting with the first stitch formed by the machine with normal variation of tension. The control device (40) of the sewing machine has a comparator (13; 58) which compares tension peaks (U1, U2,2) of the thread tension (UF) with a predetermined limiting tension (UG1, UG2; UG), and by means of which a switching device (32; 62) arranged downstream and connected to a cut-off device (38) of the drive motor (39) of the machine, as well as a plurality of display elements (33, 35), can be activated, when a tension peak (U1, U2,2) falls below the corresponding limiting tension (UG1, UG2; UG), in function of the limiting tension (UG1, UG2) or of the phase of stitch formation. The switching device (32; 62) thus brings the machine to a halt and switches on the display element (33, 35) corresponding to the defect function.

Une machine à coudre connue comporte un transducteur et un système électronique d'évaluation. Ce dernier sert à vérifier la tension du fil qui a été déterminée par le transducteur, cette tension étant comparée avec une valeur-limite dépendant du point précédent, ce qui signifie que l'évaluation de la tension du fil ne peut se faire qu'une fois complété un point exécuté selon une variation de tension normale après un arrêt de la machine à coudre. Lorsque la valeur-limite est dépassée, une erreur de point est indiquée. La présente invention a donc pour objet un dispositif de commande pour une machine à former les points qui permet d'indiquer plusieurs erreurs de point différentes ainsi que les problèmes de fil au niveau de l'aiguille et du fil de dessous dès le premier point exécuté par la machine selon la variation de tension normale. Le dispositif de commande (40) de la machine à former les points comporte un dispositif de comparaison (13; 58) qui compare les pointes de tension (U1, U2,2) dans la tension du fil (UF) avec une tension-limite prédéterminée (UG1, UG2; UG) et par lequel un dispositif de commutation (32; 62), agencé en aval et connecté avec un dispositif de coupure (38) du moteur d'entraînement (39) de la machine, ainsi qu'avec plusieurs voyants (33, 35), peut être activé, lorsqu'une pointe de tension (U1, U2,2) s'abaisse en dessous de la tension-limite correspondante, en fonction de la valeur de la tension-limite (UG1, UG2) ou de la phase de l'exécution de point; ce dispositif de commutation (32; 62) permet ainsi d'arrêter la machine et d'enclencher le voyant (33, 35) correspondant à la fonction fautive.
