Abstract (en)
The undermattress according to the invention comprises a frame over which are stretched slat-like support members (2), arranged in the manner of a grid, and resiliently supported in the region of their axial ends, at side rails (3, 4) of the frame, on supporting wires or supporting belts (14), via push-rods (5) which are movable substantially perpendicularly to the plane of the frame. The load acting on the individual push-rods is in turn transferred, via rocking levers (13) which are supported on an abutment surface at the side rail of the frame, to the supporting wire or the supporting belt, so that a precisely defined counter-force is produced as a function of the depth of penetration of the push-rods into the frame. In this arrangement, the rocking levers are preferably in the shape of a Cornu spiral. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Untermatratze der Erfindung besteht aus einem Rahmen, der von rostartig angeordneten lattenartigen Trägerelementen (2) überspannt wird, die im Bereich ihrer axialen Enden an Längsträgern (3,4) des Rahmens über im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Rahmenebene bewegliche Stößel (5) auf Tragseilen oder Tragbändern (14) nachgiebig gelagert sind. Die auf die einzelnen Stößel wirkende Auflast wird über Kipphebel (13), die sich gegen eine Widerlagerfläche am Längsträger des Rahmens abstützen, wiederum auf das Tragseil oder das Tragband umgelenkt, so daß sich in Abhängigkeit von der Eindringtiefe der Stößel in den Rahmen eine genau definierte Gegenkraft ergibt. Der Kipphebel weist dabei vorzugsweise die Form einer Klotoide auf. <IMAGE>
