[origin: JPH0588968A] PURPOSE: To decrease the clock step and to speed up the progress of an operation program by accessing the data in an external memory via filled address distribution sections into a work memory. CONSTITUTION: An address block AB which is the addresses of the address distribution sections AV1 to AVn and data blocks DB1 to DBn are filed into the external memory EPROM. The initialization program JP in a fixed value memory ROM reads the address distribution sections AV1 to AVn by using the address block AB out of the external memory EPROM and files these parts into the work memory RAM. The operation program BP accesses the data in the respective data blocks DB1 to DBn via the distribution sections AV1 to AVn filed in the work memory RAM. An ignition device JGN and injection device JNJ are then controlled according to the data.
