[origin: EP0445541A2] The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for supplying liquid treating agent to running yarns 2 at work stations of a spinning machine, especially a draw-twisting, draw-winding or twist-winding machine 1 or a texturing machine, the treating agent 11 being conveyed under pressure from a vessel to the work stations. The pressure for this is obtained by means of a gas-pressure cushion which acts on the treating agent 11 located in the pressure-tight vessel.
