Abstract (en)
The invention relates to cluster-type roll stand for a plurality of upper and lower back-up rollers which are each supported by supporting saddles on parallel supporting recesses (7-14) in the top part (1) and bottom part (2) of the stand. The arrangement here is such that the total supporting force of each set of supporting saddles is distributed over the surface of the supporting recesses (7, 14). In order to reduce the manufacturing outlay and to make possible subsequent correction of the position of the supporting saddles in a simple manner in the event of varying dimensional tolerances or after wear, each supporting recess (7-14) consists of just two flat supporting surfaces arranged at an angle to each other, each taking part of the supporting force. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Vielwalzengerüst für mehrere obere und untere Stützrollen, die jeweils mit Stützsätteln an parallelen Stützschalen (7-14) im Gerüstober- (1) und Gerüstunterteil (2) abgestützt sind. Dabei ist die Anordnung derart getroffen, daß die gesamte Stützkraft eines jeden Stützsattelsatzes auf die Stützschalen (7-14) flächi gverteilt wird. Um den Herstellungsaufwand zu vermindern und eine nachträgliche einfache Korrektur der Position der Stützsättel bei abweichenden Maßtoleranzen oder nach Verschleiß zu ermöglichen, ist vorgesehen, daß jede Stützschale (7-14) aus nur zwei winklig zueinander angeordneten ebenen Stützflächen besteht, die beide einen Teil der Stützkraft aufnehmen. <IMAGE>
