Abstract (en)

Sharpening device for tools with straight or helical edges, which consists of a housing (9) having a toolholder spindle (12) guided by rotary linear bearings and a roller (6) which is rotationally movable and of which the orientation in relation to the spindle (12) is adjustable with high accuracy by means of a drum and two coaxial screws (17). The roller (6) is applied to the spindle (12) by spring washers (16). The application of the roller (6) to the spindle (12) causes a combined rotational and translational advance of the spindle (12). To separate the rotational and translational movements, the roller (6) is withdrawn by means of a handle (1). <IMAGE>

Dispositif d'affûtage des outils à arêtes droites ou hélicoïdales constitué d'un boîtier (9) comportant une broche (12) porte-outil, guidée par des roulements linéaires rotatifs et un galet (6) mobile en rotation dont l'orientation par rapport à la broche (12) est réglable avec précision par un tambour et deux vis coaxiales (17). Le galet (6) est appliqué par des rondelles ressort (16) sur la broche (12). L'application du galet (6) sur la broche (12) provoque une avance combinée de rotation et de translation de la broche (12). Pour séparer les mouvements de rotation et de translation, le galet (6) est retiré au moyen d'une manette (1). <IMAGE>
