Process for the preparation of paper for filter bags of the type comprising the stage of producing, by a technique known per se, of a nonwoven paper consisting of a layer based on synthetic fibres and of a layer of superposed cellulose fibres, characterised in that it additionally comprises the subsequent stage consisting in subjecting the nonwoven paper (112) to a calendering operation between a supporting structure (130) and a heated embossed roll (140). The invention also relates to a device for using the process and the products thus obtained. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de papier pour sachets filtres du type comprenant l'étape de réalisation, selon une technique connue en soi, d'un papier non tissé composé d'une couche à base de fibres synthétiques et d'une couche de fibres cellulosiques superposées, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend en outre l'étape ultérieure consistant à soumettre le papier non tissé (112) à une opération de calandrage entre une structure support (130) et un cylindre chauffé à reliefs (140). La présente invention concerne également un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé et les produits ainsi obtenus. <IMAGE>
