[origin: EP0446139A1] The present invention concerns an acoustic alarm, particularly for motor vehicles, of the type comprising a hollow box (1) covered in a sealed manner by a membrane (50) and carrying an electromagnetic generator of vibrations provided, inside the box (1), with a coil frame (3) carrying a coil (20), in which the box (1) is provided with a hole (6) connecting the inside of the box (1) with the outside for aeration of the acoustic alarm. The frame (3) has, in order to connect with the said hole (6), at least one channel (2) of smaller diameter to allow the passage of air to the inside of the box (1), the said channel being provided with means preventing the penetration of water inside the acoustic alarm. <IMAGE>
