Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a method for the regeneration of single-component and mixed foundry sand containing organic and/or inorganic binders. The sand containing organic binders is thermally regenerated and the sand containing inorganic binders is thermally and mechanically regenerated. Depending on its pH determined by a measurement process after the regeneration, it is neutralised with a suitable base or acid in such a way that its final pH is between 6 and 8.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Wiederaufbereiten von organische und/oder anorganische Bindemittel enthaltendem Mono-/Mischgießereisand, wobei der organische Bindemittel enthaltende Sand nach einem thermischen Regenerieren bzw. der anorganische Bindemittel enthaltende Sand nach einem thermischen und mechanischen Regenerieren in Abhängigkeit seines nach dem Regenerieren durch einen Meßvorgang bestimmten pH-Wertes mit einer geeigneten Base oder Säure so neutralisiert wird, daß er abschließend einen pH-Wert zwischen 6 und 8 aufweist.
