The invention relates to a method and device for controlling and regulating the deformation behaviour of workpieces during their thermal treatment in dies, in which method and device the cooling medium (1) used for the cooling and/or the workpiece (2) and/or the tool (3) is used for measuring the temperature behaviour and/or the geometric behaviour and/or the pressure-variation behaviour, in which arrangement the respective temperature change of the cooling medium (1) is recorded as an actual value with the temperature measurement of the cooling medium, and/or a workpiece- and tool-temperature measurement is carried out by means of appropriate thermal receivers or by means of temperature-compensated sensors (4) on the workpiece (2) and/or on the tool (3), and/or a measurement of the geometric behaviour is carried out by a displacement-measuring system (5) on the arbor (6) accommodating the workpiece and/or on the inner or outer diameter of the workpiece (2) and/or a pressure-variation measurement is carried out by means of pressure sensors on the workpiece (2) or tool (3), the actual values of which measurements flow into the control system by these actual values being compared with predetermined time-dependent desired values and by the required manipulated variable being corrected, by at least one coolant flow with a temperature deviating from the actual value being fed into the possibly circulating coolant flow, and/or by the flow velocity and/or the flow quantity of the coolant flow in the coolant circuit and/or the mechanical and thermal variables such as pressure and heating parameters being changed in accordance with the required desired value. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Steuern und Regeln des Formveränderungsverhaltens von einer Wärmebehandlung zu unterwerfenden Werkstücken während des Wärmebehandlungsverfahrens in Matrizen, bei dem (der) das zur Abkühlung verwendete Kühlmedium (1) und/oder das Werkstück (2) und/oder das Werkzeug (3) zur Messung des Temperaturverhaltens und/oder des Geometrieverhaltens und/oder des Druckveränderungsverhaltens herangezogen wird, wobei mit der Temperaturmessung des Kühlmediums die jeweilige Temperaturveränderung des Kühlmediums (1) als Istwert erfaßt wird und/oder mittels entsprechenden thermischen Rezeptoren bzw. mittels temperatur-kompensierten Sensoren (4) am Werkstück (2) und/oder am Werkzeug (3) eine Werkstück- und Werkzeugtemperaturmessung und/oder durch ein Wegmeßsystem (5) am, das Werkstück aufnehmenden Dorn (6) und/oder am Innen- oder Außendurchmesser des Werkstücks (2) eine Messung des Geometrieverhaltens und/oder mittels Drucksensoren am Werkstück (2) oder Werkzeug (3) eine Druckveränderungsmessung vorgenommen wird, deren Istwerte in die Steuerkette einfließen, indem diese Istwerte mit vorgegebenen zeitabhängigen Sollwerten verglichen und die erforderliche Stellgröße korrigiert wird, indem mindestens ein Kühlmittelstrom mit einer von der Istgröße abweichenden Temperatur in den gegebenenfalls zirkulierenden Kühlmittelstrom eingeführt und/oder die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit und/oder die Durchflußmenge des Kühlmittelstromes im Kühlkreislauf und/oder die mechanischen und thermischen Größen wie Druck- und Erwärmungsparameter entsprechend des geforderten Sollwertes verändert werden. <IMAGE>
