Cette construction est remarquable en ce qu'elle comprend une structure d'encadrement (A) comprenant plusieurs éléments modulaires d'ossature (B) fixés et assemblés entre eux pour constituer une ceinture, chacun desdits éléments étant agencés à ses extrémités pour s'adapter et se fixer sur un élément de piétement (C) d'appui au sol, lesdits éléments modulaires d'ossature (B) étant agencés pour recevoir et soutenir des moyens supports profilés (D) d'une ou plusieurs bâches ou couvertures de recouvrement (E), lesdits éléments modulaires d'ossature étant en outre agencés pour guider et présenter des moyens de fixation de la ou des couvertures, les éléments constituant le piétement étant agencés pour constituer les supports d'éléments de panneaux (F) et de tout accessoire de décoration et d'assemblage.
