Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a device for the removal of labels 7 and film coverings 8 adhering to containers 4 at different heights. The containers are clamped axially between a rotating plate 2 and a clamping head 3 on the circumference of a turntable 1. High pressure nozzles 5, 6 are assigned to each clamping location on the inside of the containers 4, the jets from which are directed approximately at a tangent to the surface of each container 4 so that they detach the label 7 and the film covering 8 in one peeling process and deliver these radially outwards to a collecting device 11 which is equipped with a sorting gate 12 for separation of the labels 7 and film coverings 8 occurring at differing heights. The peeling process is simplified if a separating layer is provided between the layer of adhesive and the label in the case of labels stuck on with adhesive. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von auf Behältern 4 in unterschiedlicher Höhe haftenden Etiketten 7 und Folienzuschnitten 8. Die Behälter sind axial zwischen einem Drehteller 2 und einem Einspannkopf 3 am Umfang eines Drehtisches 1 eingespannt. Jedem Einspannplatz sind auf der Innenseite der Behälter 4 Hochdruckdüsen 5,6 zugeordnet, deren Strahlen etwa tangential auf die Oberfläche eines jeden Behälters 4 gerichtet sind, daß sie das Etikett 7 und den Folienzuschntt 8 in einem Abschälvorgang ablösen und radial nach außen einer Sammelvorrichtung 11 zufördern, die mit einer Weiche 12 zum Trennen von den in unterschiedlicher Höhe anfallenden Etiketten 7 und Folienzuschnitten 8 ausgestattet ist. Der Abschälvorgang wird erleichtert, wenn bei mit Leim aufgeklebten Etiketten zwischen der Leimschicht und dem Etikett eine Trennschicht vorgesehen ist. <IMAGE>
