[origin: DE4007858C1] The spinning pump is connected to a spinning pump block by symmetrically positioned fastening screws. The screws penetrate through bores in the adaptor part provided for the drive shaft. The adaptor part features a groove, which is located on the plane containing the contact points of the base plate of the pump and the connecting face of the pump block. The groove depth is at least so big that the bores in the adaptor part lie within the groove area. The maximum groove depth is such that the projection of the groove base encompasses the radial cross sections of the inlet and outlet ducts on the plane on which the contact points of the base plate and the connecting face of the pump block are located.
