The invention relates to a spinning process and a device for producing a yarn (35). In the spinning process, the fibres (31) are fed to a perforated collecting surface (1; 7; 8) subjected to suction in a particular region. On the collecting surface (1; 7; 8), they are combined to form a fibre accumulation (34). The fibre accumulation (34) is drawn off from the collecting surface (1; 7; 8) and, in a twisting member (4) following the collecting surface (1; 7; 8) in the draw-off direction, is twisted to form a yarn (35) of predetermined twist. The fibres (31) are accumulated along a suction edge (23) forming a collecting line (13) and are pretwisted at this collecting line (13). <??>The device for producing a yarn (35) is equipped with a fibre-opening device and a movable collecting surface (1; 7; 8) for accumulating the fibres (31) fed from the fibre-opening device to the collecting surface (1; 7; 8). The collecting surface (1; 7; 8) can be subjected to suction by a suction insert (2) in a region between the fibre-feed point and the draw-off point. In a following twisting member (4), the predetermined yarn twist is obtained. The collecting surface (1; 7; 8) is movable essentially transversely relative to a collecting line (13) accumulating the fibres (31). Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Spinnverfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Garnes (35). Bei dem Spinnverfahren werden die Fasern (31) einer perforierten und in einem Bereich besaugten Sammelfläche (1; 7; 8) zugeführt. Auf der Sammelfläche (1; 7; 8) werden sie zu einer Faseransammlung (34) zusammengefaßt. Die Faseransammlung (34) wird von der Sammelfläche (1; 7; 8) abgezogen und in einem der Sammelfläche (1; 7; 8) in Abzugsrichtung nachgeordneten Drallorgan (4) zu einem Garn (35) vorbestimmter Drehung verdreht. Die Fasern (31) werden an einer eine Sammellinie (13) bildenden Saugkante (23) angesammelt und an dieser Sammellinie (13) vorgedreht. Die Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Garnes (35) ist mit einer Faserauflösevorrichtung und einer bewegbaren Sammelfläche (1; 7; 8) zur Ansammlung der von der Faserauflösevorrichtung an die Sammelfläche (1; 7; 8) gespeisten Fasern (31) ausgestattet. Die Sammelfläche (1; 7; 8) ist in einem Bereich zwischen Faseraufspeisestelle und Abzugsstelle durch einen Saugeinsatz (2) besaugbar. In einem nachfolgenden Drallorgan (4) wird die vorbestimmte Garndrehung erzielt. Die Sammelfläche (1; 7; 8) ist im wesentlichen quer zu einer, die Fasern (31) ansammelnden Sammellinie (13) bewegbar. Die Sammelfläche (1; 7; 8) ist von dem Drallorgan (4) getrennt ausgebildet. <IMAGE>
